ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 133 -99
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the
Constitution, the following judges are hereby designated as acting
presiding judges in addition to their regular duties in their own
courts, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and
assumption to duty of the regular judges thereat or until further orders
from this Court:
1. Hon. ANTONIO N. GERONA,
Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 28, Naga City as
Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court Branch 25, same
court.2. HON. MARINO O. BODIAO, SR.,
Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 20, Naga City as
Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 26, same
court.
Both judges shall be entitled to an additional
expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the
Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
