ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 120 -99
In the interest of an efficient administration of justice and pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. ESTRELLA TRIAS-ESTRADA, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 83, Quezon City is hereby DESIGNATED
Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 98, same
court, in addition to her regular duties in her own court, effective
immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty
of a regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court. She
shall be entitled to an additional expense allowance and a hardship
allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court
En Banc, dated February 2, 1999.
