ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 114 -99
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the following judges are hereby DESIGNATED as
Acting Presiding Judges, in addition to their duties in their own
courts, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and
assumption to duty of the regular judges thereat or until further orders
from this Court:
1. Hon. SALVADOR S. ABAD SANTOS, Presiding
Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 65, Makati City, as Acting
Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 143, same court;2. Hon. MANUEL D. VICTORIO,
Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 141, Makati City, as
Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 66, same
court;3. Hon. LETICIA P. MORALES, Presiding
Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 140, Makati City, as Acting
Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 59, same court.
All judges are entitled to an additional expense
allowance a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No
1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2 1999.
