ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 113 -99
Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the following judges are hereby DESIGNATED Acting
Presiding Judges, in addition to their present duties in their own
court, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and
assumption to duty of the regular judges thereat or until further orders
from this Court:
1. Hon. FLOR1TO S. MACALINO, Presiding
Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 267, Pasig City, as Acting
Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 168, same court;2 Hon. MARIETTA AUSTRIA-LEGASPI, Presiding
Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 165, Pasig City, as Acting
Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 261, same court.
Both judges shall be entitled to an additional
expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the
Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
