MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 15, March 30, 2017
AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN THE 67TH PHILIPPINE SOCIETY OF AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERS (PSAE) ANNUAL NATIONAL CONVENTION AND 14TH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE
This year’s convention theme is “Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers: Prime Movers for the Development and Management of Appropriate Technologies for Food Security. “
In view thereof, the participation of government-employed agricultural engineers and agricultural and biosystems engineers, on official time, is hereby authorized, subject to applicable laws, rules and regulations.
The head of agencies or offices concerned shall determine the number of participants to the convention, provided that there will be no interruption of normal office services or activities due to their attendance to the conference.
