CRIMINAL LAW; HOMICIDE; MITIGATING CIRCUMSTANCES OF OBFUSCATION AND LACK OF
INTENT TO COMMIT SO GRAVE A WRONG AS THAT COMMITTED.—Appellant is guilty beyond
reasonable doubt of the crime of homicide, with the mitigating circumstances of
obfuscation and lack of intent to commit so grave a wrong as that committed, in
accordance with article 13, section 3, of the Revised Penal Code.
INTENT TO COMMIT SO GRAVE A WRONG AS THAT COMMITTED.—Appellant is guilty beyond
