JUDGMENTS; EXECUTION THEREOF; MARKET STALLS.—Petition to
annul the order of the respondent Judge authorizing the issuance of a writ of
execution in civil case No. 952 of the Court of First Instance of Manila (Ester
Leonio et al. vs. Valeriano Fugoso et al.). Buenaventura vs. Peña
et al. (78 Phil. 795), a similar case, about market stalls, and in connection
with “execution” of judgment, is held applicable to this case.
