### Facts:
On May 29, 1964, Angel Jose Warehousing Co., Inc. filed a lawsuit in the Court of First Instance of Manila against Chelda Enterprises and David Syjueco, seeking the recovery of unpaid loans totaling P20,880.00, plus legal interests from the date of the complaint, and attorney’s fees amounting to P5,000.00.
