Title: International School Alliance of Educators (ISAE) v. Hon. Leonardo A. Quisumbing, et al.

Facts: The controversy arose when local hires of the International School, Inc. (IS), primarily composed of Filipino teachers, were paid less than their foreign-hire counterparts.
